About the project
Kuhoo is a student-focused financial technology company and NBFC that provides tailored, collateral-free education loans through a digital platform. Its mission is to democratize access to higher education financing using technology, AI, and data insights, making loan processing fast, transparent, and student-friendly.
The Problems
Student loan platforms typically suffer from heavy information dumps, dense legal text, and complex, multi-step approval processes. The challenge was to transform this into a clear, engaging, confidence-building web experience that appeals to both students and parents — reducing anxiety and friction around financial decision-making.
The Goals
Design and build a website that:
- Immediately conveys Kuhoo’s unique value proposition (digital, fast, tailored, student-first)
- Simplifies complex financial information through progressive disclosure
- Uses visual hierarchy and motion to maintain engagement
- Builds trust and credibility for a financial product before users engage deeper
What we Achieved
- Clean, purpose-driven layout with a clear primary CTA (“Check Eligibility”) above the fold, enhancing conversion potential.
- Step-based value messaging that breaks down the education loan process into bite-sized, easy-to-understand parts.
- Use of trust indicators (like loan options, benefits, and statistics) to elevate credibility.
- Information structured to address both emotional and practical concerns — from fees and documents to speed and access.
- A design that balances commercial goals (lead capture, app downloads) with user needs (clarity, speed, empathy).
